Coral Color and Attributes

All corals pictured for sale are examples of the piece that is being offered unless the WYSIWYG logo is present.  Oceanic Corals makes no guarantee that the Coral will look identical to the picture once acclimated into your own tank.  Identical Corals can and will look different in separate systems, this is called reticulate evolution and with all the variables from one tank to the next; flow, light, parameters, etc, all we can really guarantee is the origin and the fact it's an outstanding coral!

 

How to Order  

Orders can be made by means of the "add to basket" feature. Additional inquiries can be made to sales@oceaniccorals.com. Please specify your inquiries by name/product code and quantity.  

Minimum order is $75.00 + shipping (as detailed below). There are no additional box, oxygen, heat-pack charges.  

Payment options will be limited to PayPal transactions or cash upon pickup. All orders are sent as soon as payment arrangements and procedures are cleared and authorized.  A $4.00 handling and packaging fee will be charged on all shipping orders (see shipping)

 

 

Partial Orders / Backorders   

As a retail outlet, the availability of our stock may change without immediate notice. In such an instance, you will be notified through phone or e-mail in advance. Items we are unable to ship may be canceled, and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.   

 

Substitutions   

Unrequested substitutions will never be made. We will work closely with you, our customer, to ensure you receive exactly what you order. If your item is out of stock, feel free to discuss alternate items via email contact:sales@oceaniccorals.com  

 

Holds   

We reserve the right to hold stock for a maximum of ten days for any order with non-payment.

Live Arrival Guarantee  

Live arrival is guaranteed on all orders except where otherwise noted. In case of DOA, the receiving party must notify Oceanic Corals by phone and provide proof of death by photo via e-mail within 24 hours. The value of DOA animals will be credited to your Paypal account. Oceanic Corals is not accountable for the loss of stock due to carrier mistreatment or delays.

Privacy  

Oceanic Corals believes that your contact profile is private information and you have our assurance that we will not rent or sell your e-mail address and/or phone number to any parties. We will always try to contact you by phone if we have a question about an order you have placed. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we may also try to contact you by e-mail.

 

 

Coral Origins

Oceanic Corals lists to the best of our ability all fish, invert, and coral origins as provided by our livestock wholesaler. 

 

 

Coral Farming
